Can in-person attendees also stream the conference virtually?

 

Yes. You will receive a link to the livestream the morning of Friday, January 27. If you have paid for a virtual ticket and did not receive a link, please email us at info@evergladescoalition.org.

When is the last day to purchase tickets?

 

Registration officially closes January 20, 2023.

Can you add additional meals at the last minute?

 

While there is a possibility to accommodate last-minute meals, we strongly encourage you to order at least a week before January 26, 2023 due to capacity and availability constraints.

 

Where and at what time is registration for in-person attendees?

Registration opens at 12:00pm on Thursday, January 26 in the Grand Floridian foyer. It will also be open from 7:30am to 5:00pm on Friday and Saturday.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated for meals?

Absolutely! When registering, attendees have the option to list any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.).

When are exhibitor tables to be set up and taken down?

Sponsors can begin setting up on Thursday, January 26, at 12:00pm. Tables need to be taken down before the Saturday dinner on January 28 at 6:30pm.

Do students and teachers get a discounted rate to attend?
